Boats & Crew

At Acadian Boat Tours, we take pride in our boats and crew. We have five boats — the Acadian, the Islander, the Eden Star, the Rambler and the Jennifer Ann. Our boats are clean and family-oriented. Book your Acadian cruise online today!

the-acadianThe Acadian

The Acadian is 65 feet in length, 20 feet wide and has a steel hull with twin diesel engines. She is equipped with radar for foggy days, VHF radio, GPS, and a concert quality PA system for your listening enjoyment. Her first deck has two restrooms, a heated cabin, and a small galley. The second deck is open for optimal viewing. The Acadian undergoes a rigorous Coast Guard Inspection annually. She is outfitted with all necessary lifesaving equipment as required to ensure the safety of our passengers. The Acadian is pet-friendly to friendly pets! It is the longest running tour on Frenchman Bay, since 1934, and is a true Maine tradition. The Acadian can hold a maximum of 149 passengers.

the-islanderThe Islander

The Islander is a 67-foot passenger vessel with indoor and outdoor seating, light galley service, clean restrooms, and experienced captain and crew. The Islander is licensed to carry a maximum of 70 passengers, but we have limited the number to 35 for maximum personal comfort onboard. This is our multi-tasker boat! With two 550 Volvo Tier 3 engines it enables us to get where we need to be on Frenchman Bay for our fishing trips. The Islander is also available for private charters.

the-acadianThe Eden Star

The Eden Star is an aluminum 70 Ft. Gulf Craft with two 550 HP John Deer Diesel Engines. She has a spacious open upper deck for spectacular unobstructed viewing, an indoor heated cabin and a small galley serving hot or cold beverages and light snacks. Onboard also find two clean restrooms and all the latest updated electronics and safety equipment per USCG. The Eden Star is licensed for 128 passengers though we have limited passenger counts to ensure maximum passenger comfort. She is fully USCG inspected and is pet friendly to friendly pets!
